Good leaders must haves.
1.Character - a principled life eg. loyalty, respectful, trustworthy, listens to wise counsel
2.Vision - far sighted, sees before others sees.
3.Courage (fearless)
4.Committed
5.Love others, Help others ( but not having a saviour mentality)
6.Desire to learn and grow
7.Sees the good and potential in others. (practise B.E.S.T)
8.Willing to invest - Time, $, resources
9.Model - to show them the way, to help them succeed
10.Teachable -humble to be taught, rebuke etc.
*Believe in them (followers)
Encourage them
Share with them
Trust in them
